黑龍江率先在全國建立起冰雪經(jīng)濟統(tǒng)計監(jiān)測制度。黑龍江省統(tǒng)計局數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2024年黑龍江冰雪經(jīng)濟總產(chǎn)出達2661.7億元，其中，冰雪旅游產(chǎn)出1823.3億元。

Heilongjiang has taken the lead nationally in establishing a statistical monitoring system for the ice and snow economy. The market size of the ice and snow economy in Heilongjiang Province reached 266.17 billion yuan in 2024, of which the output of ice and snow tourism was 182.33 billion yuan, said the provincial bureau of statistics.

黑龍江省統(tǒng)計局表示，建立冰雪經(jīng)濟統(tǒng)計監(jiān)測制度的目的是摸清相關底數(shù)，為更好推動冰雪經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供決策參考。據(jù)介紹，為充分發(fā)揮統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)支撐作用，黑龍江省統(tǒng)計局在稅務、文旅、體育、交通、農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村、工信等部門的協(xié)同配合下，對冰雪經(jīng)濟相關部門數(shù)據(jù)進行全面搜集整理。在此基礎上，還對全省主要景區(qū)、購物商圈、冰雪游樂園、滑雪場、博物館、文化藝術館、早市夜市等7大類200余個旅游重點項目開展典型調(diào)查，涉及近4萬個經(jīng)營主體。初步測算結(jié)果顯示，黑龍江冰雪經(jīng)濟發(fā)展勢頭強勁，“冷資源”持續(xù)向“熱經(jīng)濟”轉(zhuǎn)化，初步呈現(xiàn)由“一季紅”到“季季紅”、“一地熱”到“全省熱”的態(tài)勢，對相關產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動作用更加突出，為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供穩(wěn)固支撐。

“三億人參與冰雪運動”成為現(xiàn)實，人民群眾獲得感顯著增強。北京冬奧會、冬殘奧會的籌辦舉辦推動了我國冰雪運動跨越式發(fā)展，冰雪運動跨過山海關，走進全國各地，開啟了中國乃至全球冰雪運動新時代?；I辦以來，我們建設了一大批優(yōu)質(zhì)的冰雪場地設施，舉辦了一系列豐富多彩的群眾性冰雪賽事活動，人民群眾參與熱情持續(xù)高漲，參與人數(shù)達到3.46億，冰天雪地成為群眾致富、鄉(xiāng)村振興的“金山銀山”。
