據國家知識產權局2025年11月28日消息，我國將在專利審查過程中，加強人工智能倫理審查。
China will strengthen ethical examination for artificial intelligence (AI) in the patent review process, the China National Intellectual Property Administration said on November 28, 2025.

科技倫理治理體系是科技治理體系的重要組成部分，也是確保人工智能向善發展，為中國式現代化建設提供持續、健康、強勁動能的重要保障。近年來，我國高度重視、積極推動人工智能倫理治理，并取得顯著成效。一系列舉措包括成立國家科技倫理委員會及人工智能倫理分委員會、發布新一代人工智能治理原則、推進人工智能倫理治理相關法律法規建設、創新人工智能倫理治理政策工具、參與全球人工智能倫理治理對話合作等。
2025年11月初，國家知識產權局發布了最新修改的專利審查指南，該指南將于2026年1月1日起施行。在加強人工智能倫理審查方面，本次修改明確人工智能相關的數據采集、規則設置等技術方案的實施，應符合法律、社會公德和公共利益要求，筑牢安全底線，引導人工智能的發展“智能向善”。
