日前，一輛“綠電”驅(qū)動的“辮子重卡”在湖南省株洲市召開的2025年中國國際軌道交通和裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會上亮相。

“辮子重卡”是中車株洲電力機車有限公司（簡稱“中車株機”）運用動態(tài)補能等技術研發(fā)的“智道”電氣化公路及露天礦電氣化運輸系統(tǒng)，在2025年中國國際軌道交通和裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會上正式發(fā)布。這種被稱為“辮子重卡”的新型交通運輸系統(tǒng)，運行使用清潔電力，車輛受電弓在線取電，續(xù)航不受電池容量限制，適合在風力發(fā)電、光伏發(fā)電富集地區(qū)用于公路、礦山重載貨物運輸，對促進物流綠色轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展具有積極意義。

據(jù)了解，“辮子重卡”還擁有風力發(fā)電和光伏發(fā)電“綠電直連”、多臺重卡“串聯(lián)列隊”行駛、智能駕駛等“黑科技”。中車株機、中車電動等研制單位在通過“辮子”（受電弓）實現(xiàn)電力“頂部受流”同時，還研發(fā)了智能化“雙極抱軌式側(cè)部受流”技術方案，能促使傳統(tǒng)意義上的“油老虎”——露天礦大噸位礦卡改用“綠電”驅(qū)動，不僅大量減少碳排放和空氣污染、噪聲污染，還能顯著降低物流成本。

實現(xiàn)碳達峰碳中和是一場廣泛而深刻的經(jīng)濟社會系統(tǒng)性變革。立足我國能源資源稟賦，堅持先立后破，有計劃分步驟實施碳達峰行動。完善能源消耗總量和強度調(diào)控，重點控制化石能源消費，逐步轉(zhuǎn)向碳排放總量和強度“雙控”制度。推動能源清潔低碳高效利用，推進工業(yè)、建筑、交通等領域清潔低碳轉(zhuǎn)型。

Reaching peak carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality will mean a broad and profound systemic socio-economic transformation. Based on China's energy and resource endowment, we will advance initiatives to reach peak carbon emissions in a well-planned and phased way in line with the principle of building the new before discarding the old. We will exercise better control over the amount and intensity of energy consumption, particularly of fossil fuels, and transition gradually toward controlling both the amount and intensity of carbon emissions. We will promote clean, low-carbon, and high-efficiency energy use and push forward the clean and low-carbon transition in industry, construction, transportation, and other sectors.
