4月19日至20日，聚焦“人工智能（AI）+醫(yī)療”的2025年中國醫(yī)學發(fā)展大會在北京召開。大會匯聚來自數(shù)學、人工智能、醫(yī)學、公共衛(wèi)生、藥學等多學科的頂尖專家，共同探討人工智能與醫(yī)學深度融合的創(chuàng)新路徑與發(fā)展方向。

The 2025 China Medical Development Conference was held in Beijing from April 19 to April 20, where the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and healthcare has become the center of attention. The event brought together leading voices in mathematics, AI, medicine, public health and pharmacy to discuss innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and policy directions to drive the medicine sector forward in the AI age.

傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)療以醫(yī)生經驗和人工診斷為主，依賴手工記錄和常規(guī)檢查，決策周期較長且個性化程度有限，人工智能（AI）的快速發(fā)展使醫(yī)療服務邁向智能化和高效化。AI的創(chuàng)新不僅顯著提升了醫(yī)療流程的準確性和效率，而且有助于復雜疾病的早期發(fā)現(xiàn)和進行更有效的治療，為全球醫(yī)療體系應對復雜健康挑戰(zhàn)提供了關鍵技術支持，推動了現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療的加速轉型，成為新質生產力發(fā)展的重要引領。近年來，在應急救治、遠程會診、檢查檢驗、臨床輔助診斷決策、公共衛(wèi)生服務、醫(yī)院管理等方面，人工智能應用正在加速推開，以“互聯(lián)網+”促進人民健康服務提檔升級已經成為各方共識。

2024年11月，國家衛(wèi)生健康委等部門印發(fā)《衛(wèi)生健康行業(yè)人工智能應用場景參考指引》，提出積極推進衛(wèi)生健康行業(yè)“人工智能+”應用創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。該指引涵蓋了醫(yī)療服務管理、基層公衛(wèi)服務、健康產業(yè)發(fā)展和醫(yī)學教學科研4大類84種具體場景，力求全方位發(fā)揮人工智能優(yōu)勢。近年來，國家大力支持“人工智能+”行動，通過標準化建設、跨機構數(shù)據(jù)共享和垂類模型應用開發(fā)等方式，不斷提升診療效率和精準度。從達芬奇手術機器人到GPT-4會診系統(tǒng)，人工智能正在從“工具”跨越到“伙伴”。
