十三屆全國(guó)人大二次會(huì)議新聞中心3月11日（星期一）10時(shí)30分在梅地亞中心新聞發(fā)布廳舉行記者會(huì)，邀請(qǐng)國(guó)家市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理總局局長(zhǎng)張茅、國(guó)家藥品監(jiān)督管理局局長(zhǎng)焦紅等就“加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管 維護(hù)市場(chǎng)秩序”相關(guān)問(wèn)題回答中外記者提問(wèn)。

焦紅：建立疫苗監(jiān)管的長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制

China will improve its long-term regulatory mechanism for vaccines and implement the toughest possible oversight on related products, Jiao Hong, head of the National Medical Products Administration, said on Monday.

國(guó)家藥品監(jiān)督管理局局長(zhǎng)焦紅說(shuō)，我國(guó)正在推進(jìn)建立疫苗監(jiān)管的長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制，實(shí)行最嚴(yán)格的監(jiān)管。

She said domestically made vaccines were safe overall.

她說(shuō)，對(duì)我國(guó)疫苗，總體評(píng)價(jià)應(yīng)該是安全的。

Jiao said a new draft law on vaccine management, to tighten the supervision and management of production, research, and distribution of these products, had been reviewed by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, and released to solicit public opinion.

她說(shuō)，《疫苗管理法（草案）》對(duì)疫苗的研制、生產(chǎn)、流通、預(yù)防接種全過(guò)程，提出更加嚴(yán)格的要求，已經(jīng)過(guò)全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)初次審議，并向社會(huì)公開(kāi)征求意見(jiàn)。

張茅：加強(qiáng)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)消費(fèi)的監(jiān)管

China's market regulator said on Monday that the government will promote stricter regulation and supervision over online commerce, amid public concerns about false advertising, fake imported goods and monopolistic practices.

國(guó)家市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理總局局長(zhǎng)張茅說(shuō)，針對(duì)公眾擔(dān)心的虛假宣傳、假“海淘”，涉嫌壟斷等問(wèn)題，市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管總局在這方面要不斷提高監(jiān)管能力。

E-commerce platforms also have to take key responsibilities for promoting credibility and integrity, Zhang Mao, minister of State Administration of Market Regulation, said at a news conference on the sidelines of the ongoing two sessions, urging them to strengthen internal controls.

他說(shuō)，同時(shí)，也鼓勵(lì)電商經(jīng)營(yíng)者和平臺(tái)自律守信，這樣他們才能順利發(fā)展。

Zhang stressed that the administration will set the same standard for online and offline shopping and increase the penalties of selling fake goods for a better development of e-commerce.

他指出，線上線下要用同一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，嚴(yán)格監(jiān)管，嚴(yán)厲懲罰。

張茅：使制假售假者傾家蕩產(chǎn)

China will substantially increase the cost for breaking the law in the crackdown on intellectual property right infringements and counterfeits, Zhang Mao, head of the State Administration for Market Regulation, said on Monday.

張茅說(shuō)，假冒就是侵犯了知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)，就要嚴(yán)厲打擊。要大幅度提高違法成本。

"We will make the manufacturers and sellers of fake products pay the price until bankruptcy," he said.

他說(shuō)：“要使制假售假者傾家蕩產(chǎn)。”

They will also be exposed to the public and "have no place to hide under the sunshine," Zhang said.

他說(shuō)，要公開(kāi)曝光造假者，讓他在陽(yáng)光之下無(wú)處藏身。

At the same time, the country will push for the self-discipline of companies and nurture a social credit system, he said.

同時(shí)，還要加強(qiáng)企業(yè)自律，形成社會(huì)的信用系統(tǒng)。

Through the efforts, the administration aims to gradually reduce the number of fake products and ease the concerns of the people, Zhang added.

通過(guò)我們的努力，逐步做到“天下少假”，讓群眾少一份擔(dān)心。
